eInvoice Document Delivery
The e-Invoice is an automated electronic invoice that provides you with all the information needed for expense reporting on airlines, hotels and car rentals.  With the Push to Talk convenience on every e-Invoice, you are able to directly immediately connect with your Atlas agent if you have questions when reviewing your records. 

The e-Invoice is organized by passenger receipt and invoice information, travel itinerary and a summary of charges.  To make the invoice convenient for expense reporting purposes, we have also included any service fees that may have been assessed along with corresponding ticket and document numbers.

One of the most significant improvements made to this invoice design is in the area of ticket exchanges.  Our intention was to make the process of exchanging one ticket for another an easy-to-follow accounting for all documents and charges billed for these types of transactions. 
This exclusive approach affects all invoices that involve ticket exchanges as customers will now see the following detailed breakdown:

  • Original airline ticket number including original ticket amount.
  • Fare Differential including any airline penalties assessed along with new airline ticket.
  • Any agency service fees assessed for each ticketed reservation.
  • Grand Total of new airline ticket plus any service fees.

The e-Invoice also includes other pertinent information for your easy reference including your GDS record locator, agency contact information and emergency after-hours access number and code, and a direct link to your agency’s web site for quick and direct access to everything that you need to know to help ensure as safe and smooth a trip as possible.
